We deliver from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays. Sunday deliveries are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Emergency deliveries are available 24/7 for essential items.

Once your order is confirmed and out for delivery, you'll receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order through your account on our website or mobile app.

We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, expired, or incorrect items. Fresh produce can be returned if found unsatisfactory upon delivery. Please contact our customer support team for return requests.

Currently, we primarily serve Tirunelveli and surrounding areas. We're continuously expanding our delivery network. Please check your delivery address during checkout to see if we deliver to your location.
